He led teams supporting a Department of Justice (DOJ)-appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitor for a global investment bank, as well as a Forensic Adviser to the DOJ / National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) appointed Monitor of a Tier One automotive parts supplier.
Deepak provides expert testimony and calculates economic damages in arbitration and State and Federal Court matters. His expertise covers breach of contract, trademark and patent infringement, business interruption, personal injury, wrongful death, and trade secret misappropriation.
